Reflections on Beaverfork

Water reflections are some of my favorite things to capture. The idea of reflections, while so simple and overlooked, could be the vessel for countless metaphors. With the new year, these cheesy thoughts seem to be somewhat appropriate. 

No one can see their reflection in running water,; it requires stillness in order to reflect. 

Even a clear reflection has imperfections. Your view of yourself or the way other people view you may not be true to who you actually are. 

Similarly, one drop in still water affects a large area, 'cause unrest and a period of time before the water returns back to calm and stillness. 

Allow your own reflection to be clearer than that of the clouds in the stillest of water.
